On August 22, the national finals of the 15th 2021 “Tianzheng Design Cup” National College Student Chemical Design Competition, jointly sponsored by China Chemical Industry Society and China Chemical Education Association, came to an end at Xiamen University. The team from our school has passed through all qualification trials from provincial competitions to the South China regional trials and to the national finals, and has won first prize with excellent results. In addition, it has won the "Excellence Award for Modern Design Method Application". 

More than 400 schools, 2767 teams, and over 13,000 students participated in this competition. After various levels of selection, 60 teams were finally selected to go for the national finals. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the finals were conducted by means of two rounds of online defenses as well as live webcasts.
